regata 85s carb is good, its a 32/34dmtr derivative (here in Australia it has a manual choke, not sure about the UK, but manual choke is what you want for simplicity of conversion) regata 85s has slightly larger venturis... but for an 1100 the 32dmtr with 22/22 venturis is actually a better carb, sometimes bigger isn't better...
in some ways the later carb is actually better though, as the primary shaft is bronze bushed on the 85s type, the early 128/x19 carbs tend to wear where the primary shaft goes thru the carb body, the later carbs seem to have cured this with the bushing.
The regata 85s exhaust manifold is pretty much identical to the 128 coupe one, so that will do the job well... it's pretty much identical to the x19 1500 exhaust manifold and actually has slightly larger exhaust ports... front pipe from an 85s will need some mods to get it onto a 128 sedan, nothing difficult though, just the pipe size where it goes to the exhaust system is larger, easy enough for an exhaust shop to fix.
Camshaft is the tricky one... all the late model stuff is pretty ordinary... maybe if you find a cam from an x19 1500... these have the same duration and timing as the 128 coupe cam, but have slightly more lift.... once again, bigger isn't always better as your motor is bone stock compression wise....
Carb from a 1500X19 (34dmtr) would work well, but it suffers from the primary wear problem...and it's water operated choke too, so requires this to be water plumbed...
I just suggested everything from a 128 coupe (not a 3p as there are slight differences) as I thought that would make it simple for you to source all the parts from on car at the wreckers yard... but if there are so few around, you will have to look at the later model stuff... X19 1500 carb model would be my next choice then for all the parts from one source.
You will also need an air cleaner housing assembly to go with the two barrel carb... X19 will work.... something from a Lancia beta (as these use a dmtr derivative carb as well) will be even better as the element is easier to source, and the overall volume is much larger... no clearance problems with a 128 sedan... there's heaps of room.
