please avoid this shop, i have been trying to get resolution of an un delivered order since january, i have now given up, the Abarth 600 items were bought but never recieved, and despite many emails (none answered) and many reports to ebay for the fraudulant re posting of parts i paid for, i have given up, except for warning as many fiat owners as possible of these thieves.

ive lost my cash, dont loose yours.

please pass this on to anyone you may know who is tempted to use them.

yes i did pay with pay pal, but the way the shop manovered me was slick to say the least, they dithered on sending my order, then said the address was incorrect (its verified with ebay and paypal, a uk address) all with enough delay that i went over the 40 day paypal dispute limit.

then they still maintained the order was sent, so i waited somemore and there was no sign, i then asked for a refund and had no reply....till now no reply to all my mails. ive reported them to ebay for fraudualnt relisting of parts ive paid for and never recieved as well, but till now ive only had 'thanks for your report' automated replies from ebay.

so im resigned to have been conned by them, now i just wana warn people about using them.

i did email them and told them straight that unless i had a reply, or a refund, i would start to warn the fiat community about them. again, no reply.

ah just to add, im a british expat living in malaysia, hence the location in my profile, but to save any problems with postage, i had the stuff sent to my verified jersey channel islands uk address, like i say, verified with both paypl and ebay, so theres no excuse of an asian rip off or scam that can be used by them.

i was then going to get it sent on by courier to malaysia by my friend back in jersey, but nothing ever arrived there.

yah i guess so, i have many many good sales and purchases on ebay, i just got complacent i guess.

anyway, stay clear you guys !!

I have found Pay Pal and Ebay always find for the seller, I had managed to get a payment of £3500 back via my Credit card company, but it took nearly two months and pay pal blacked me for 6 months! A month ago paid for two mobile phones, the seller de registered after selling 20 and I never got my money back from Pay Pal, no use going to the credit card company as the amount was under £100. PP and Ebay don't care about the buyer as they make no money from them, thats why they protect the sellers even the dodgy ones.

sorry but thats nonsense
ebay is far more biased to buyers
if you didnt receive your item then you file an item not received dispute
check your buyer protection levels on the eBay listings

I agree.
eBay does go out of its way to protectect buyers.
It is usually upto the seller to prove the items have been delivered and signed for otherwise paypal will almost always side with the buyer.

Some sellers customer service leaves a lot to be desired though
