Its making a former Fiat owner feel at home....
I'm sure the Ford Forums will have summit on that Lolz... is it a 3 door and have you been moving the seats about recently? If so its probably the connections under the seat a la 3 door Stilo... 
fitted loads of airbag ECU's in my time at Ford, but likely to be pretensioner.

dont like the focus forums... you have to pay £25 for the technical sections and the non tech sections are boring:yuck:
no movements... though my horse riding hat was wedge behind the passenger seat and took a good yank to remove it... does that count

Might be Airbag ECU (trip to a dealer?) Or you may have dislodged a pre-tensioner wire for the seat-belt clip end on the seat.
very common problem on the focus. you'll soon learn to ignore it. for future reference never move the front seats while the ignition is switched on, actually that advice applies to most cars tbh.
when you switch the ignition on is the light on continuously?

Some times it can be caused by a dodgy connection under drivers seat, or the airbag control module as developed a fault
