Hello all!

I'm new to the forum and very new to owning a Fiat - I have heard many good things about them and so I'm very excited to try and restore this little thing so that it can have a bit more life.

Right now I have a few issues with deep scratches and the radio (which is being fixed soon, thanks to Davren finding a code for me), but the scratches are quite deep and I'm not sure where they're from! The previous owners didn't really say what had happened.

Either way, it's a pleasure to meet you all and I look forwards to reading more about Fiats and interacting with you lot.

That's very sweet of you to say, thank you! It is my first time owning a Fiat, I bought this one and it wasn't in the best and still isn't in the best of conditions, so I'm trying to give it a little bit of love and care in the hopes of giving it some new life!

Aha! You can try but I don't think that would be all too possible. The "Wild" part of my name is quite literally to do with the wild. I do bushcrafting, herbalism and I just love being outside in the forests. Maybe I ought to have gone for "Feral" instead.

That was obviously just a joke, but some people do sometimes feel offended by a simple joke, as we can see. That made me to kind of regret that I made the joke but I'm glad that you took it as it is: just a simple joke.
And to be honest, even if you are wild, I wouldn't want to tame or change you. Be as you want and as you feel good.
Feral sounds good. It can be your nickname.

It’s not “obviously a joke” and some people can be instantly put off by things like that. Many a new member has never returned after someone has made equally creepy comments.

So whether the comments were taken as a joke or not, it can make the forum look bad if every time a woman joins, people make seedy remarks.

It's honestly fine, I've had worse remarks made that weren't jokes, so you're good, lovely.
