Hi all, the radio in my 500 sport suddenly asked me for a code (completely out of the blue, no work done on the car). Anyway, i have the code on a card but when i put it in i got the Radio Blocked message. I don't know what to do from here - any ideas? Am i missing a trick, does it have to be input in a particular way?? Many thanks.

Look in the forums ICE section
Or.. nothing to lose..
Disconnect battery power for an hour or more.. then reconnect.
The number should be stored in the cars 'brain..body computer'
This reboot might just reset it..

I would say it’s faulty. For around £60 you can get a second hand one on eBay with a code.
It's cold slippery stuff, much liked by penguins and polar bears, which welds car doors shut and nearly had me falling base over apex when I failed to open mine this morning.

Guess what, at 10 years old our car came up with enter code after stopping at the shops luckily our car came with all the books etc including the radio code which worked.
