Hi.:)
No idea what age..or spec we are talking here.

Have you had the fan motor out and spun it?

Not got a choked pollen filter?

The powered 'climate' system has had issues with the spindles shearing..

So the flaps remain SHUT.. despite the controls moving to open them. :(

Sorry! All new to this but at a complete loss..
2010 fiat ducato Lwb
New motor and new resistor
Everything works perfectly - and fans blows when taken out and tested but just doesn’t blow the air into the cab from anywhere..
I can’t find any faults as such. All flaps seem to be working as they should do.

Yes Twisty knobs - non air con...
Bought the van - worked only on number 3 fan- so replaced motor and resistor pack- not blown air into cab since.
It’s now in bits and really don’t want to put back together until I sort it but it’s baffling. Not blockages. Fan blowing in right direction and all flaps appearing to be working

As you said.. should be simple.

I had a 1990 fiat car where the heater valve and cold air in flap were linked.

The control plastic sheared.. so I cobbled the flap mech back together.. and left the water tap on HOT.

Are you 100% sure all flaps are mobile.. TBH thats the only thing I can imagine.. as you assurd us the fan is now running as before..

I assume you had air at time of purchase..
Only on 3 not a normal failure.. but it happens..

Member adlarplant used to find most issues before the rest of the FIAT universe.. ;)
