I can locate the idle screw.
Question: Does it come with a adjustable air and petrol screw.

Given that the Uno is a 1100, it has a Weber 32 TLF 4/250 carburettor.
The freely available Haynes manual describes access to the air/fuel mixture screw in the suplement section, part b.
The screw is hidden under a tamperproof cap on accelerator cable side of the carburettor.
WARNING: the manual says that the air/fuel ratio is set at the factory, hence it is hidden under the tamperproof cap.
