after seeing my brothers front stuts on his stilo I notice my strut top rubber is wroughly 10mm (not measured) above the body work ..is it suppose to be flush ??

Noticed mine are the same and not sure if it's suppose to be like this too

Does it make any knocking or rattling noises?

no knocking but just looks weird

that's just a "cover" in the photo, the business end is within the wing..,

IF the bit you see was flush-fitting..it would wear away your paint as the steering + suspension moved,
