Hi all I have a problem with my doblo it keeps blowing out the front crank seal I replace it and after a week or so it blows it out again I glued it in and it blew it at the seal. I have contacted Fiat they say never encountered problem like this. It seems its building up pressure in the sump replaced:bang: it 3 times already Im a mechanic and havnt encountered this problem before either any help or suggestions very much appreciated

have you checked the breather pipe on top of head ?

have you listened to the breather while running (piston rings may have gone causing blowby that the breather cannot cope with and is there knocking ? a bit had to detect on a diesel i know ?
