Generic DTC P0200 suggests a problem with the electrical feed to the injectors. Injectors take a large pulsed current, so a bad (high resistance) joint or connector can make them malfunction. If you are getting this code, I suggest you check in this order:
1) Injector connectors and wiring back to the ECU
2) All three 12 volt feeds to the ECU, including these Fuses in the engine compartment fuse box. The fuse may not be blown, just the blades or the fuseholder are corroded. The injector current goes via the ECU, so it must be getting a solid 12 volt supply.
F16 7.5 Amp EI system, + Key

3) The injectors
