Punto (Mk2/2b) mk2b Sporting 16v..

Hehe, so we're liking the debadged look :D

that's great to hear. I will wait until Chris gets his, and, cutting the crap, see if he wants it, and if he doesn't then I'll nab it for a reduced price ;) ;)
Otherwise, will order one when I get a chance.

Ordered some tinting spray for the side repeaters (as one is now letting in condensation, going to get some new ones to experiment on from the scrappie :) )

Not sure about the lights, don't want to change stuff that I can't put back quite quickly, if you understand me. Side repeaters aren't obvious, but lights, when I want to sell it, it will be hard. I can easily remove a grille and replace it.

Anyway, for now, it's the following on the table;

Tinted side repeaters
Debadged grille
Paint calipers

thanks

great mate, make sure u get orange bulbs from halfords before you spray your side reapters black , also what colour you doing calipers mate? id really like to see them in a dark yellow or orange, and the back break discs in black

Really, orange bulbs? How come, won't the orange 'cap' do the job? Also, are side repeaters legally necessary - i.e. do I need them working (if I have them) to pass an MOT?

Calipers not sure yet, was thinking a nice dark red to go with the sporting badge in my sig for example, but inside the theme is black and yellow due to the seats, so I am not sure. Red has to be the best colour, but it does look a bit 'brembo wannabee' if you know what I mean. But not bad I suppose. I have drums on the back and hell no I don't want to show them off! They're going to be black... hehe

Cheers

When i tinted mine i used spray and didnt buy any new bulbs and literally just sprayed over the lens and it worked alright (before they fell off lol), looked black enough but was still orange when flashing and yeah as far as i know its a legal thing to have side repeaters.

yes you need side reapters to pass an mot, also u might get away with it cos ur car is not that old wen i got tinted 1s i swopped my bulbs to make sure the light was bright enough

He is talking about the badge :bang::bang::bang::bang::bang::bang::bang:

Ok, I will help you.

1) Look at the first pictures of the rear of his car.

2) Look at the most recent.

Still need help? The Fiat badge is now a ****ING SCORPION ;)

Guys, I think he is talking about the scorpion sticker he put over the FIAT badge. Bit hard to spot at first, I had to go and do a couple of checks on older images to see it myself.

It is the best sticker on the car, but I don't like it.
