Hi, I need to change the tensioner pulley for the auxillery belt on my 1998 marea 1.9 TD 100, and was wondering if anybody had a diagram i could print out. I keep thinking about buying one of the cd manuals from e-bay, buy they don't include the TD 100, only the TD75. Has anybody bought one?, i was wondering what they were like. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

If you wait until later, there will be more people online who can get you this info. I'd imagine the aux belt tensioner isn't much more different to the JTD aux belt. Not a hard job.

Yea, thanks for the replies, tried to look at the link, but my computer wouldn't let me in, will try later.

Hi, I have a 1997 Marea TD125 and I've all manuals regarding the series 1996-1998, including your td100. What kind of information do you need? Price information or remove/refitting procedure information?
Let me know.

hi, sebas, i am looking for information on how to change the tensioner pulley, it seems to be leaning at a funny angle, and my belt keeps fraying on the outside edge. I was hoping for a diagram that i could print out, and take outside with me.

Hellcat, thanks for the info, but unfortunately it doesn't show my model. Mine only has one long belt, and those all seem to have two, buy thanks anyway.

Hi Pete, I've found the Marea TD100 Auxiliary Belt Removing-refitting diagram.
Tell me if it's ok. I can look for other pages of my workshop manual.

Hi hellcat, thanks for trying to help, but it doesn't tell me how to change the tensioner pulley, which is what i'm really looking for. Sorry for being so negative.

I didn't find a particular procedure for doing it in my manual, but there is a part where it says: "Remove auxiliary belt and then remove the pully", so I think you've anyway remove the aux belt, and than it should be easy to remove the pully.

hi pete,

it is easy to replace the tensioner. after removing the aux belt, u will be able to loosen the bolt on the tensioner. if i remember correctly, it is a 13mm bolt. just remove that bolt and the whole tensioner will come out.

don't think of repair it. get a new ready one before u remove the old one.
