Yeah looks it, bit rough tho.
There's been a really nicely done orange shorty 126 at Run to the Sun last couple of years. Manouvrability has to be seen to be believed, turning circle of about 1.5 its own length!

Could be real, and why shouldn't it be?

This one is in Denmark, and I've taken it for at ride once, very dangerous to drive due to the short wheeldistance..
