I'm getting a new set of wheels on Wed and wondered if it was worth keeping my old wheels, trying to sell them or just scrapping them?

They are Fiat teardrop 15" alloys and in reasonable condition considering that they are 8 years old. Three tyres that have a bit of tread left and one with an unrepairable puncture, hence the new wheels.

ill try any free wheels

if you have the space its always handy to have a spare set.you never know you could hit a pot hole and buckle one or fancy refurbing you new ones in a different style etc
a spare set of alloys makes it less hassle,wish i still had my garage

Otherwise, keeping them does sound sensible, all I need to do is find somewhere to keep them. :chin:

you gotta watch them bk wheels, some you cant get wobbly bolts thin enough to go in the holes

Careful if you keep them.. Wheels breed and soon you'll have a garage full!

Nope, I have eight wheels clogging up the house - a set of 14ins steelies (awaiting pickup by Tom) and a set of 15ins multispoke alloys (awaiting painting).

I could put you in touch with a few people who are after 15" fiat Alloys.

I've got 3 sets (12 wheels ) of 14" steel wheels, and a set of coupe 16" filling my garage.

And there was me thinking that a set of steelies, 2 bumpers and a bootlid in the garden was bad

(Mind you, after seeing Daves garden, complete with a spare Punto in there, mine's nothing)

At least yours is in the garden... I've got a bumper under the dinning room table

My old rear bumper is in the garage, waiting to be modified after my Jag boot spoiler.
