Got today's autoexpress. Page 19 shows official pictures of the finalised Stilo replacement, set to go on sale in the UK in early 2007. The report states that the Stilo name is to be killed off!!

I have to say that the car looks great, even in 5 door form. It will share many features with the forthcoming Alfa 147 replacement, the 149.

Alos, on page 15 is the new baby Alfa, the Sud. Looks like a Brera that got shrunk on a hot wash. Will share much of the bits with the new Punto.

Still loving my Alfa but admiring Fiat drivers too!

Any chance of a picture ? Do you have a scanner hooked up sbaddison, I really wanna see it if it's different to the pics we've seen in the past.

Is it this one? Bear in mind I haven't seen any of the pictures Koa is talking about

Wow, both look awesome Does the back end of the Bravo look like the old Seat Leon, or is it just me?

Looks nice though. Anyone know off hand how the bravo/a sold? Are they using the name because they want to tap into good sales of the past? Or are they running out of short italian words which the rest of europe can pronounce?

I think you'll find the Grande Punto has them, and so do all 3 cars posted on this thread I think they look cool

i like the alfa over the bravo, looks more agressive, the current alfa range is a bit crappy expect maybe the nice shiney new 156's as my brother has one

The remind of the daewoo matiz.

I personally think they are apalling and if I was convinced to buy the car through other factors, them mirrors would still niggle me.

I like the ones on the stilo at the moment- shame its hard to park with the cars arse being so fat!

ohhh, liking the alfa, but you can keep the bravo.

That 5dr Bravo (or Brava?) is a bit boring imo. Will wait for the 3dr, I hope that has more flair

Personally don't see the new 'Bravo' as a step forward over the Stilo, Looks 'Ford', 'Peugeot', 'VW' but not very 'Fiat',

Hopefully they will actually do some marketing for this car when released, which I believe is a major cause to the Stilo not being so successful as it should have been (Megane - 'shaking it' etc). Fiat have the cheek to call it a 'unsuccessful' - well whos to blame..

Anyway love the little Alfa

Errr... did the Stilo really leave such a bad aftertaste in the mouths of FIAT that they are even dropping the name? Then again VW has recently revived the 'Jetta' In a qundry now... dunno if I should hang on to me Stilo and chop it for a new Bravo or go buy a ricer now

heh, like how they say its based on the 149 platform, which in turn is based on the Stilo's current C platform

Dont like the bravo, is very blan! Lets hope the 3 door is beta... Yes the door mirror do look somthing off the matiz (sorry!)

Yet still has door mirrors almost identical to the Bravo

And I think it's in keeping with the Grande Punto styling, and I'm sure the 3dr will look more sporty...
