It looks like those new MG6 things only with a Mitsubishi nose grafted on.

You guys talking about your NA's from alfa sheesh,

What this thing needs is an upgrade 2.0 20vt block with partial 2.4l internals, its style is very, nice i have to say, really do like that car.

Well it's in the same American class as our Grande Puntos and Vauxhall Corsas. It's never going to be ground breaking. What is out dated to us is still in fashion for them hence why Ford have 2 different franchises. They still think the Ford focus is cutting edge design lol.

If it's built on the Guilietta platform, it should be in the Golf/Focus/Bravo class.

Also, the Dart name was used in the 60's and into the 70's as Dodge's smallest car line. It was a reskinned Plymouth Valiant.

BTW, Ford Europe had it right with the New Edge design. The current models are an ugly step backwards by comparison. Compare the present Focus, Fiesta, Mondeo, and C-Max to the previous ones.

Quite like it. Looks like a Mazda6 with a sharper front end. Can't see it being a problem in the USA.

Doubt we'll get it anyway since Dodge is supposedly gone from the UK - Fiat Group need to hurry up & get genuine new products like an Alfa 159 replacement launched, not start messing about putting different badges/faces on one product. This badge engineering doesn't fool people.

The Freemont could fill a gap, though it's hardly a replacement for the amazing Multipla. Interior looks OK but it looks like a Chevrolet on the outside & void of any character. I personally wouldn't want it.

Can see what they're trying to do with all these brands but if they don't hammer out the new models at a decent rate it's gonna all look abit half-arsed.

A sneak peek spotted on Facebook of FIAT's version of the Dart called Viaggio

The Fiat-Chrysler tie-up has given birth to another rebadging in the form of the Fiat Viaggio, which is basically the Italian version of the Dodge Dart. The first images of the vehicle have now surfaced online, ahead of the vehicle’s official launch, which is scheduled for the Auto China event that will take place in Beijing later this month.

The Viaggio comes with a new front fascia and grille and uses chromed trimming for the latter, fog lamps, windows and boot lid, and it also uses new taillights. The vehicle was expected to be launched as a hatchback, but it seems that the sedan version will be the first to arrive on the market. After it will be launched in China, the vehicle could come to Europe to replace the Fiat Bravo.

According to auto.blog.rs, the vehicle will use Fiat’s 1.4-liter T-Jer powerplant, which will be offered with two power levels:L 120 and 150 hp. Using the Multiair setup, the unit will offer 160 hp, just like in the Dodge Dart. As for the transmission, the Viaggio will top the Dart due to the fact that it will be available with a six-speed dual-clutch gearbox.
