i have just got a grandee punto can anyone tell me how the manual side works as all i can see is + and -.how do you change the gears thanks

Uhhh, what does the Owner's Manual say?

+ goes up a gear
- goes down a gear

you push the gearstick backwards (-) and forwards (+) to change gear when in manual mode.

when it stops working you take out a bank loan.

Welcome to FF! Couple of things to note:

• When switching car off, leave it in gear (either 1 or R); leave it in N and it'll beep at you.
• Step on brake and change to N before switching car on; otherwise it'll beep at you.
