Nobody I know of has lived on their own, except for my sister and my parents constantly tell me to avoid that place. In my experience of when I looked 2 years ago it was exactly the same, made up details, things never matched, multiple properties turned into one single place but they advertise that they have many to increase demand etc. etc.

Nobody has a clue what they're doing Fortunately or unfortunately these people I called today turned out to be more of a letting agents - again, they don't make this clear - and the landlady is different, so am not too worried. It's only the current tenant that will be there for my viewing so I will ask her for her honest opinion

Then off to Birmingham for dinner for somebody's birthday, back late, up to take parents to East Mid Airport at 6....ahhh

I don't know actually, one is a head teacher and the other a head of faculty so they have both money and lots and lots of holidays, they fly off places every half term it seems now so I don't keep up. My little sister is off to Barcelona today and I imagine she might have problems with that but my parents should be fine.

My excitement is for half term I dont have to get up... no kids to mind either, no money but peace

Well I just had a call from my boss who is also working from home and he's said "do a bit of a summary then move onto uni work" which equals - do 30 minutes of work on it then take the day off, woo!

Very much lucky them, they spend 4-5 weeks a year touring Europe too with their caravan!

Well I went up and signed for it today Couldn't be shown my actual flat as I couldn't give 24 hours notice but saw the one next door which was currently being refurbed - mine was finished next door. If mine has been refurbed to the same standard then WOW! I really have landed on my feet

4 rooms, second floor (which is good and bad)refurbed last month with new everything including an amazing kitchen, bathroom suite etc. gas central heating...
