Car Room 101

O.K. now we're rolling! How about the BMW compact , the car for people who can only afford half a BMW! Oh, and the original Merc A-class - a truly shoddy car. I would, however, like to plead the case to remove the MK1 Range Rover from the room but the P38 can remain in there.

Yes to the A Class I think, but truly awful and horrendous is the Viano!! Surely one of the worst cars ever built. Also I quite hate the B Class I don't even know what it is meant to be, I also know someone who did just buy one for the badge and it's nasty.

I'll put the 3-Series compact in, as well as the mk1 A-Class.

With regards to the range Rovers, it was the mk 2, 3, and 4 I've put in, but not the mk1. I should've said earlier, so soz about that!

I agree, the B class and Viano can join the A class in Room 101.

Nissan JUKE,
Some people used to say the original Multipla was ugly but IMO the Juke fell down and hit all the branches on the UGLY tree when it was birthed in this world...doesn't seem to stop people buying them though lol:yuck::yuck::yuck:

I couldn't agree more on that 1, plus it led to the daft "crossover" craze we have these days. In it goes!

No worries! Another two have just occurred to me - the Jaguar S-type & X-type, a cynical botch up by Ford to turn a Lincoln and a Mondeo respectively into cars they clearly weren't.

The X-Type goes in without doubt, but the S-Type, hmmm, I'm unsure about that 1.

Sod it, that can go in as well!

The Grande Punto 1.48v Elegenza can go in, what was the point when the 1.9 m-jet 120 Elegenza existed.......................

As previously explained, the Grande Punto will never be going in!! You'll have to take that 1 home with you! :p

On a personal note, there's plenty of point to the 1.4 8v Eleganza. As someone who still gets ripped off for insurance on account of age and gender, the 1.4 8v Eleganza offers a very nicely kitted out car that is still relatively cheap to insure. Also, as someone who doesn't do that many miles, any diesel is pointless!

On a serious note the Chrysler back catalogue can go in. Especially the Lancia rebranded stuff. It should never of worn the Chrysler badge and has a Lancia badge on.

Now that, I do agree with. Chrysler is an American brand, and very obviously, the Delta and Ypsilon weren't American cars.

In they go!

citreon c1 , because when i get tailgated 9/10 times it seems to be a c1 with a little girlie in it that looks to be late teens/early 20's and seems to think it's acceptable to get that close i can't even see the number plate in the rear view mirror :bang:

VW golf 7 1.2 TSI 85bhp, If ever a car existed solely for hire companies and so VW can advertise starting from "£xxxxx" than that is the car. I'm sure it's probably perfectly worthy, but it's just so 6/10ths of the proper model and still not actually cheap.

another way you could do this is to start with all non fiat cars in room 101 and then plead the case to get the worthwhile cars back out.....just a thought.

Normally I'd write why I hate this car so much but I think it speaks for itself and about the people who'd buy one...
