Ebay account suspended!!

Hey guys wat the hell is going on here i got this email and its in my ebay to,

EBAY said:
Dear phatashki

We regret to inform you that your eBay account has been suspended due to the violation of our site policy below:

Previously suspended user - Account belonging to a previously suspended user.

Our records indicate that your account is associated with the following Previously Suspended account(s):

<insert id's here>

Due to the suspension of this account, please be advised you are prohibited from using eBay in any way. This includes the registering of a new account.

Please note this suspension does not relieve you of your agreed-upon obligations to pay any fees you may owe to eBay.

Anyone know wat is going on, im now an unregistered user, i signed up bout a yr ago and only just started using having bought my beetle, and wanted to buy more bits, even only set up a sellers account last night and now i got this.

Can someone point me in the right place to have a moan???

The exact same thing happened to me just after christmas. Did you make sure you put all your address details in correctly? What happened to me was I had to change some of the text that I was posting on the ad & I clicked back in the explorer bar & I'm not sure but I think it cancelled out my address details & they see this as a violation of their site policy.

I was half way through posting an ad last night, but had to go out so just clicked back and closed it, that coulda done it. Hmmm who do i email then ?

It doesnt even give a name.

Haven't had a previous account this is the only account i have and ever had and the first time i ever used it to.

It's funny really because they suspended my Ebay account but not my paypal account & that still works fine. :bang:

No I'm definately suspended unfortunately(b*****ds). Its the same situation as phatashki. The thing that gets me is the amount of personal information they require to restart the account I just told them not to bother there's no way I'm going to send personal info just to access a website.

Just open a new account using another credit card and email address.

Says that wont work either, unless a have another email i suppose but i aint using hotmail crap, rather just use my own one. I emailed them asking them wats going on and explained wat i have done recently about closing an ad half way through making it, C wat they say now.

Looks a bit like a spoof to me - I get them all the time!

Any additional hyperlinks on there? Forward it to my email if you want, and I will have a further investigation?!

It says it in my messages in My Ebay, i cant access no personal info or my watch list on ebay, just says this user name is suspended in red writing. The only thing i can access in My Ebay is my messages. Cant be spoof if it disabled my account can it.

Actually starting to get worried now, only yesterday did i give all my bank details so i can sell stuff then this happens.

Oh poo?!

I got suspended from eBay last year, when a £1 account balance never got cleared due to fact my card had been replaced, and I ignored all the reminders [I thought they were spoofs, lol].

Email them, and see exactly what has happened, and how you can rectify the situation?!
