I stand by my comment in the other thread regarding cyclists.
Where do these idiots come up with this c**p? Innocent until proven guilty my f***ing fat ass. Why should someone innocent have to pay to proove themselves innocent? It's funny how pre-determined criminals have more human rights and a higher standing in law than innocent people (if they pass this ruling).

I've always said, you cross the line, you forfeit your membership of the human race. You want to behave like an animal then you should be treated like one.
My local prison is planning an expensive extension to house the naughty boys away from the main blocks when they misbehave, I put forward a suggestion which would cost considerably less & need fewer guards - manacles along the walls. If they can't move around, they can't get up to no good.
