Double check the serial number you've given as this is what is used to generate the code.

Delphi radios can't be decoded from the serial number. Only way is to read an EPROM chip inside the radio. Alternatively, if it's the original radio fitted to the car when it was produced, you may be able to get the code from a Fiat dealer.

The radio shows "Blocked/Wait" because someone has tried too many wrong codes. You need to leave the radio and ignition switched on until the message clears and then enter the correct code.
