what company make the best all round sounds systems?

put them in order of best to worst out of these choices.

FLI
FUSION
KENWOOD
SONY
PIONEER
JVC
JBL

if you have any others add them to the list.

Depends what your looking for. if your looking for a decent system none of those companies do a perfect complete system.

Alpine or pioneer for HUs
Genesis or JL for Amps.
Rainbow, DLS for Speakers
DLS, RE for subs.

Each company is known for doing better in different areas.

Yeah i have to agree with Mog here none of those are known for making good stuff just more affordable than good stuff but thats not what you asked so IMO.

KENWOOD
PIONEER
JBL/SONY
JVC
FUSION
FLI

it depends what models really but going on there cheapest basic speakers-

(best)
jbl
fli
sony
jvc
fusion
pioneer
kenwood
(worst)

That is totally wrong perhaps i overrated Pioneer a bit and yes JBL are actually very good for subs and the amps although ugly arent actually that bad.
This is a silly q to ask though as there are far too many factors to consider.

i made sure i said there cheapest basic speakers, cos kenwood and pioneer both sell 6.5" speakers for about 20 quid, and imo, they sound crap! iv got some fli's in my car, there alright, jbl's are better deffo, sony are ok but not as good as these fli's, jvc are poo but better than kenwood and pioneer, fusion's cheapest speakers are also poo, but they are better than the kenwood and pionner's 20 quid speakers, but they arnt bad for 20 quid still crap tho.

True yes i do agree with you now you put it like that but the Kenwood for the Midrange cheap Like the DB Subs are IMO much better than Fli or many others.

I just asked who is best out of those overall, if you were to buy a complete setup, say 6x9's, amps, sub, and door speakers, who would be best to buy a complete setup.

and ino rockford fosgate are good but there way to expensive to be putting into a punto. and tbh you wont get "perfect sounds out the boot of a punto"

so just wondering who would be best for a complete setup.

No one can tell you what is the best, all we can do is tell you about our own experiences.

Headunit- I've had Apline, Pioneer, Panasonic and JVC. The only one that I didn't have to send back for being faulty was the Pioneer.

Speakers- Only ever bought Alpine. Pricey, but loud and clear.

Amps- Have JBL & Alpine, never had a problem with either.

.

You wont get perfect sound out of any hatchback car. You wont get hardly any sound externally with the Boot open but i found the Punto much more accoustic than my stilo you only get out what you put in so if you buy cheap crap then you will get a poor quality system. If you want cheap but of reasonable quality i would go for a Kenwood HU and JBL sub/amp deal that they sell at caraudiosecurity.com and Infinity components but spend a little more than just buying the most basic for the components as this will be the weakest part of the sysem if you are not experiaenced at Audio setup and tuning you can get a 4 channel ampo and run the Components off of a channel each and bridge two of the channels for the sub. Make sure that you buy a 4ohm sub as most of the cheaper amps even if theyy say than are 2ohm stable cant really drive at that resistance and can make things a bit frustrating.

ive been looking at fusion speakers/subs/amps and they look well built but will they provide good sound for the money?

or would kenwood products give a better quality for its money.

cheers guys

i would go jbl but there super ugly.

apparently fusions top end gear is good, but where talking there top end stuff which costs alot! there low end range is poo in my experiance.

id go with jbl, why does it matter what they look like? and imo, i think jbl stuff looks very nice, looks plain, not chavvy and looks quite classy.

I have heard the new Fusion full kits all Inc comps/amps/6x9/ 12" sub for about the £300 mark and i have to say that i was very impressed but this was the Fusion Reps car so it was obviously pro installed and set up so this could be part of the reason.
Dont the JBL Subs still come in those snazzy boxes with the steel inserts in the sides and the protector bars across the front as they looked pretty good but they may have minimized this styling to keep the cost down as you can but sub/amp+ wiring for bout £120 now days and it used to be reduced £170 from about £230

Well on some of the audio websites theres a fusion sale and for £99 you get an all four corners set up including, 6x9's i think, door speakers, amps and i think they might come with tweeters not sure. but that looks good to me. and reviews are nice? what ya'll think.
