just won this on the bay, the cd doesnt work, but everything else is in full working order (y) -

oh well lol, i got £40 for that on ebay last month (y)

not quite sure whats going on with the stereo atm, cos i found it in his feedback! lol, he bought it from ebay, and on that description it says the front panel doesnt move up or down automatic like it should, so i emailed him and havent had a reply yet...
 
well iv won another stereo :p 3rd time lucky, i hope :eek: , its an ALPINE CDM-9807

spec-

note- the unit needs a Seperate 12v Power Supply and Earth

i hope its easy to wire up seperate 12v and earth? how thick wire are we talking here? 8 guage?

Piece of ****. 8 gauge? Not at all, just get a bit of wire similar to what you'd rig up spot lights with. That 4 x 60w is a joke TBH, you'll probably get 15 @ 12v.

If you're using an amp though, just plug it into the loom as normal.
