Jumpstarting 101

Whilst clearing out my brother's car following his death (from natural causes) I found a set of budget jump leads in his boot. and here they are, compared to my heavy duty commercial set: As you can see they look pretty "wimpy" but, on the other hand my big set is really intended for starting...
