Hi everyone!
My 08 GP lost it's battery power because i left my light on without the car running. When i attempted to start the car the Fuel and Temp needles both started going up and down quickly. I had to jump the battery.
What happens was that the Temp needs now sits way lower than it should.
When the car is off, it should point to the "C" but instead it points down do the left at a 45º angle while the Fuel needle is fine.
This means that when the car is fully warm the needle only reaches below the first quarter on the temp gauge but everything is fine and the air is hot from the vents, so it really is just a needle problem.
Does anyone know how to reseat this needle? Do you remove the cluster and just move it to the right spot?
