Hi everyone! I'm new on this forum and I need some help.

I apologize is this topic already exists, but I didn't find anything that helps me.
I have a Fiat Punto 1.4 t-jet Sporting 2009.

My problem is:
I don’t hear any noise (*beep*) when passes the limit speed (set to 130kmh) or when I get low in gaz.

However, I hear it when a set the volume or when I reverse.

I hope someone can help me please.

Thank's :)

I don't have a T-Jet Sporting (I have a Dynamic Sport), so my car's behaviour may be different to yours but my "low fuel beep" only sounds when it's getting quite low. The light will come on when it hits the top of the red line, but the beep won't sound until perhaps half way down the red line.

I don't have a speed limit warning, or perhaps I do but never broke it before :D

Thank you for your reply. I didn't try to let my fuel go almost empty. I'll try that and see if the warning sound comes up or not.

I'll come back to tell you what happens ;)

Thank's for responding. I don't know if this will activate the warning, I'll test that this afternoon.

I know that the seat belt warning is here (and it's very lound)... is it a different beeper ?

There is only one beeper connected to the dash/bcm, it also mimick the direction indicator relay!

It is a cheap obd cable (~10-15 e modified for fiat )

and old mes s/w you can find easy on net....maybe and in this forum....

you can scan(and programming) almost everything in your car...

Be aware that those cheap OBD cables are not always trouble free; they might connect to the engine ECU but not to the other CAN bus (internal termination error) and you'll have to modify the interface.
The MES free software will not allow you to do much, actually almost nothing, the full lifetime version is 50£.
I'd buy everything from the same vendor so I'd have a single interlocutor in case of problem.
Have a look here: https://www.gendan.co.uk/product_FESCAN.html
