Hey guys

I have a grande punto tjet 1.4 2009.

I am looking to change my spark plugs and wanted to know if anyone knows the exact tightening torque specs (In Nm). I know they sat hand tight but would ideally like to torque down proper.

Also looking in my service books and it says to change spark plugs at 18k / 36k / 54k / 72k / 90k. ???

Is this correct as it seems very frequent?

I believe you'd want to do them about 25Nm.
