As above leaking one of three cover behind the high pressure pipe. I order a new seal kit from https://x8r.co.uk with a video to show how to fit seal. After I have finished fit the seal and put the pump back into engine. Start over still leaking same area as before, https://x8r.co.uk said to tight 25nm torque wrench so I tight bit more 30, 35, till 40nm did not stop.
I am start to get angry:bang: and I have been dismantle fifth time I can't see anything wrong with seal all are fit correct. The car is Grande Punto 1.3 Multijet 75

is this common problem with CP1 injector pump??

I do not know whether to buy used injector?
That I know the pump has been removed from previous owner who has replaced three different size bolts because of thread damage.
