I have a grand punto 2007 a,4 mtjet 90cv, so i have a problem with my speed indicator when the speed get to 120km/h the indicator get to 0 km/ h and the light of steerweel turn iin red, but the engine turn normally, and also for steering not blocking, so what do you think about this.
NB i have a problem with ABS, it doesn'tdistruste good so i deactivated

As far as I know ABS sensor is also speed sensor so they need checking, steering light is usually battery related when it's still working normally, check all connections and output of alternator with engine running.

That all points to an electrical issue, either a dodgy alternator or poor earth connection.

Is it definitely the steering warning light (23 in the diagram below) that comes on?

I don't know if it applies to Algeria, but some cars destined for Arabic markets have a 120km/h speed limit warning light (30 in the diagram).
