Hi Guys,

Just got my rear drums apart as thought the rear shoes needed replacing. When it's off the ground and the handbrake is off one wheel spins freely. The other spins then stops and is quite hard to turn then goes free again. It was very difficult to remove that side drum. Any ideas?
