Not sure mate, I am from Finland so here it might be fail, but you can always put them back for mot.

Yeah suppose. And car is fine without them in???
You can take helpers off, it will drop front at least 2cm. Only problem is MOT because springs might be loosen when car is jacked up...But if you think what you car looks there no problem to take them off
I just dropped my Jom coils max and I think that's enough for me, had a little problem with adjusment plate because it was stuck..I used big pipe wrench and did it..But there you can see the quality problems of Jom.
Anyway car handles really good now and is pretty low, I'm happy!

Ahhh right I see, yeah it's defo worth it. Do you need to take strut fully off car? Then compress spring and take top mount and spring off?? Also when the car goes over a bump does it not make a difference if there isn't weight on the spring?
I've never had any problems with mine they have being amazing so far (touchwood) and I'm looking to drop mine Abit more but chuffed with them apart from they don't go low enough but hopefully I'll sort that out!
Just like you said, strut off and open top mount and take it off...Hard to say but my friend has a vw golf with jom coils and he take off helpers, it was super low and no problems with that, weight is still on the spring.. only loose when jacked up
