Hi guys, in my possession I have some brand new shiny stance+ coilovers and shortened drop links. My question is - are the easy to fit? Is it something the normal guy can do or can it pose a lot of problems? Any advice would be appreciated. Cheers.

Should be easy enough, there is a guide to for replacing top mounts on here that should help with the fronts. I'd build up the fronts with new top mounts before fitting. Top nut can be difficult as there is little space to work and the Allen socket on mine gave up, needed an impact gun to take off. Torque wrench required for refitting. Rears should be easy enough.

Cheers
Ben

Cheers for the advice Ben, I've gone for the easier option and got a mate to do it in his garage. Will post a photo once it's done! Lowering springs just aren't low enough..

Hi guys, so I got them fitted but it's not as low as I anticipated. Am I right in assuming that the rears can go lower?

Seems to be about maxed out.. but the spring doesn't seem to sit 100% correct.

But you could make it sit a lot higher:)
Make it a bit of a SUV, would be great for winter.

When you say it doesn't look as if it's sitting correctly, can you elaborate? I'll take the wheel off and have a proper look at the weekend. Cheers.
