Hi Each morning I go to start the car I get Hill holder unavailable, ASR, ESP, ABS and no power steering.

If I start it at any later point in the day it's fine (however it is sometimes hard to start especially when warm.

Any ideas?

Thanks

...or Brake Light Switch or many other things but start with those two.

I have had the battery tested and it shows up as strong, So will have try at the brake light switch. Thanks

I'm not sure the brake switch would throw the power steering warning light would it?

The gp can be very fussy about it's battery and alternator so I wouldn't rule it out totally.

Also check for water ingress into the fuse box and a degraded earth strap from the engine block to chassis.

Hi

New to this forum but after experiencing the same problem just a few days ago and having it sorted straight away I thought I would share my experience.

My ABS ASR ESP HILLHOLDER worked intermittently like yours but mine used to turn off when turning the steering wheel or going over bumps. Put the car on a ramp found that the speed sensor on the right wheel had gone. Literally just a black wire that comes from the engine to the brakes. Wire cost £30 labour cost less. Everything working fine.
