I've been getting the "Check stop lights" message lately for my left side even though they look fine, and after trying to clean the contacts by sanding them down and WD40'ing them, now both lights are lighting up in utterly random combinations.
So, since I could do with having working lights before work tomorrow morning, where is the earth point for the lights, and will cleaning this fix the problem once and for all? I've looked but haven't found any information on exactly where it is (only roughly), and never had to do anything like this before, could anybody please help/advise? Thanks muchly!
