p.s the Active Sport has alloys as standard but no air con. Dynamic is the one to have, doesn't look as good but better seats, air con and blue and me.

I had a Dynamic, because I wanted aircon, alternator failed, got fixed. Then it needed re-gassing shortly after, never got round to it so just ended up using the sunroof.

As for 1.2 vs 1.4 8v pulling power, I test drove both, ended up with the 1.4. There isn't huge difference between the two but the 1.4 is obviously a bit faster, it deals with hills slightly better which means you don't have to change down as often, the 1.4 8v has an extra 10lbs/ft of torque over the 1.2 and an extra 12 horses, not a lot but worth it IMO

Turns out there's a ton of 1.2 Actives but only three 1.2 Dynamics within a good distance, going to go and see the one linked on Saturday. Only comes with a 30 day engine and gearbox warranty but can be extended to 3 months at £100 and 12 month at £200 reckon I could get that thrown in with the price.

Yeah easily mate! Check exactly what it covers though because like most warranties it might be pants

In particular, check it covers electrics!
