hi, does anyone know where i can get a replacement for the switches for the fans in the interior?

alternatively does anyone know how to easilly remove the whole panel so i can get at the workings of the switches to clean them because i believe it is the inside of a switch that is clogged up with somthing so it doesnt allow me to set the switch to demist the windscreen, veryyy annoying at times! i have already taken the radio out but im not sure how to go about removing the heater panel, any suggestions? im just deperate not to break the plastic i guess that i dont wanna just rip it out!
