I've had my 1.4 active sport for a month now, and I do like car although the magic has somewhat evaporated due to how many times I've had to return the car because of dodgy paint work, panels popping out and trouble with the drivers seat frame,
well its gone back to the dealers today for yet another fix on the drivers seat frame as it appears not to be sitting in the sliders properly
I've had a courtesy car which I think is just a standard 1.4 active but Ive immediately noticed the difference in the steering, this courtesy car is really nice to drive, firm steering and handles superbly, where as mine is very light! to be honest theres not much difference in the normal state than compared to when the city button is on
In all fairness the courtesy car has done less miles than mine, whether its down to wear, or what I don't know, but could there be a problem with my steering? I have noticed on the odd occasion that when turning in my active sport at very low speeds I do hear a funny noise, but its not every time, just now and again. Would I be best to ring the dealer tomorrow and suggest while they have it to have a look at the steering the reassure myself?
