Hey guys, this is my other issue that the garage have failed to identify...

Car is a 1.4 T-Jet S02 Grande Punto Sporting.

Seeing them again tomorrow but wondering if anyone can shed any light on this issue? im guessing heatshield or something like that??



You can hear the rattle quite well between 20 - 25 seconds of the clip.

Sounds like the same problem mine has. Does it happen when coming off the gas and the revs drop to between 2800 to 2200. It kinda squeaks?

Mine's been into Fiats twice so far and they can't find anything wrong. They suspected it was a heat shield. I have no evidence but I think it's turbo related.

I do get some squeeks, kinda like belt squeeks... only when cold I get them.

Fiat tech looked at it today (with me) and have identified there is a problem, rebooked to go in for the 9th Dec!

Also got confirmation that my suspention has issues... and im not imagining some rattles.

Gotto love FIATs, really is fix it again tomorrow :-@/.
