I've had my GP for a few months and ever since i've had it, its had a problem with the indicator.

Some times not always. when i put the right indicator on and make a right turn, when i straighten the stearing, Instead of cancelling the indicator it switches the left indicator on.

I've taken it to my dealer twice. First time the replaced the switch.
Second time, although they took the car out and saw the problem for themselves.

They told me A) there was no problem.

B)when i insisted there was thay had another look and told me it was my drving style even though they could get the same problem when they drove the car.

C) They then told me that they took another 09 reg car out it had the same problem and must be a fault with 09 cars. And gave me my car back.

So what do i do now?
Taking back seems to be like a waste of time.

Do i take it to another dealer? or contact fiat uk?

Anyone else had this problem?

Yeah contact Fiat UK and see what they say.

I've just contacted them. They seem very helpful.
Especially when i mentioned the reason i was given for the fault. They were not to happy with C. Its a problem with 09 fiat puntos.

Just waiting for them to call me back now. Fingers crossed i might soon be able to drive without people pulling front of me because they think i'm turning left.

mine does that sometimes, but i have noticed it's when i'm turning the wheel rather quickly to straighten up coz i've taken corners rather fast than i probably should be. although it only ever happens when i'm leaving the road i work on and thats always dead........hmmm.
