This is the normal 1.4 16v sporting in question, NOT the T-Jet?

Tis simple, induction and exhaust are all that is worth doing because it cant be mapped so you wouldnt benefit from different cams unless you wanted to buy a piggyback management system to run it.
and piggy back management would cost the earth in comparison to the gains!
