Styling T-jet Vacum line

Just looked up dump valve on you tube to see where abouts it fits. for thos who dont know its pretty much a replacement of the recirculating valve.

Question: if you install a dump valve in place of the recirculating valve what will the recirculating valve be doing coz it have wires going to it?
 
bit of a pain in the arse finding an obvious vacum line on the t-jet tbh.

would prefer to install it intake manifold side of the turboa s the readings are more accurate of absolute pressure etc.

taking it from the turbo isnt acurate of what boost is actually in the system as it does loose slight pressure through the intercooler etc.
 
So to hear my dumpvalve without having to install an induction kit do i just pull off the pipe that is shown in thepictre on page 2?

ha ****ing ha matt. lol

i had trouble witht he t-piece that was supplied. it had a hairline crack in it. so the pressure was just being lost hence why i thought the line i was using was duff. lol.

but all fixed now. roughly 10psi it boosts at. but remember ive taken mine from the manifold so its the pressure actually being consumed by the engine not the pressure being created from the turbo straight away.

taking it from the inlet is more sensible as it gives you a properreading as to what boost your actually running on.
