I've had a usb stick plugged into the Blue&Me box for just over 5 days now.
So what do I do....plug it into my Apple computer running OS X....and the program just starts up? or do I need to double click on the 'Eco Drive' program? Presumably you have to have a minimum of 5 days driving or nothing will show?

I have plugged my usb stick in and gone to the fiat ecodrive clicked download and nothing happens have tried it in firefox and internet explorer what am I doing wrong please?

Thanks for the reply but that doesn't work....all that happens is that I get the 'create a profile', 'enter your car details' - initial set up window.
I've even tried opening up the usb stick and double clicking on the EcoDrive 'data' folder and the double clicking on the EcoDrive program....still nothing.
Anybody running Mac OS X and know how to do this??

you need to create a profile and enter your car details. then it will work!
 
I have been driving for more than 5 days now with the ecodrive but when I plug my USB into the computer the program tries to load the data but always gets stuck at 6% any one else have this?:confused: How long did it take other ppl to download the data?

curious now that ive done a "week" when i put my stick back in the car will it start over or just keep going? i dont want next weeks score to be affected by this weeks score? if you know what i mean.

It just adds the data to your already existing data, so ive now got data going from the 3rd of october to the 17th........when you plug your memory stick into the computer again it will just recognise the extra new data and add it to the existing stuff you have on there

but then will my new eco score now be a combination of my old score and my new score? if you know what i mean? dunno. i like it anyway!!
