Introduction
Well thats it, the GP is sold and i'm sidestepping on to another motor...
Took me about 24 hours to sell it, I told a good mate it was for sale, he came and viewed it and offered me full price straight away.
Its on an 06 plate and shes now done just shy of 37k, I got the asking price of 7k for it:
I'll be sad to see it go, I love this car and I've put alot of time, effort and money into it. But I'm bored of diesel, a recent pay increase and mileage decrease means its time for a change to something that handles better and sounds like a car should.
So... here is the GPs replacement:
06 plate Fiesta ST, full miltek manifold, flexi pipe and decat system. Induction and lowered on eibachs, with the standard wheels powder coated in white. Rear wheels spaced and front mudflaps fitted, and most importantly its in white
The car belonged to a good mate of mine and I know its history, no major problems in its short lifetime whatsoever.
Came off the rollers at 174bhp, bought for the same price I sold my GP for.
It handles 100% better than the GP, and goes just in a straight line as my tuned GP did.
Alot more fun to drive imo, and it sounds AMAZING.
So its been emotional and I've thoroughly enjoyed GP ownership (most of the time). But before you all start crying i'm not going anywhere, i'll still be in the GP section and on FF to give support and offer my useless sarcastic input.
