Personally, i love the game, but prefer the old engine for online play, but i'm sure i'll get used to it

Really good game, never really played online with the two previous COD's but been playing online for the past 3 hours and it is actually amazing! I've been playing the multiplayer more than the campaign, but what i have played through has been pretty epic aswell. Really enjoying it, and worth the wait i think.

Now, back to the playstation.

Played the first mission of campaign, couple games online, its alright, wasnt expecting much tbh, hadnt been following it or watching trailers or anything.

Its a damn lot harder than MW1 though some how.

finished story mode yesterday in 9 hours. it was EPIC. my girlfriend sat and watched the whole time without moaning! ha WIN. but yeah anyhoo, i actually (dont shoot me) prefer the gameplay and game engine on World at War if im honest. the story line and the fact its modern weapons etc on Modern Warfare is brill, but the game engine on WaW in my opinion was better!

KDR about level for me atm, what annoys me is how it puts you in games with 30 secs remaining and gives you a loss for that game because you were on the losing team, how is that fair to be added to your record

Played single player for few hours and a hour or so of online last night, online done 3 or 4 maps, enjoyed all but one which was some skyscraper? though this was one i joined with min 30 remaining and was just constantly being spawnkilled

I think it's the same engine as world at war... am i right? not sure now!

It's amazing. loving every min of online play. Managed 25 rank so far after about 3 hours play and probably will rack up at least 2 weeks like cod4..
I think this will last me ages. Haven't done much on single player, about 4th level in but just hooked on the online. So much to unlock etc

I dont get the excitement this release has had TBH, I do play MoH & CoD but older versions on a PC.

If this sort of action means so much to some peoples lives I'm amazed they haven't signed up for the real thing in support of our soldiers in Afghanistan.

It's a game guys n gals... not a lifestyle!

I'll get my coat now and duck to avoid the flaming...

i think it awesome imo

ive been on it now for about 3 hours in total since yesterday afternoon and i think ive got many more hours to come!

Its a great game! But anyone else having problems with the trophy list in the PS3 version?
