I have just got the new cod world at war and after comleteing the first misson it comes up with an error saying out of memory can anyone help please

sorry forgot to say its a ps3 with over 17gb left on hard drive
afraid i dont know anything about the PS3 platform that is of any help here
can't see how it can run out though
it really shouldn't be saying that, phone up either CoD company, or sony. something is wrong.
