If you want realistic id get Gran Tourismo 5 on the PS3 you can even get a steering wheel with a clutch and gearstick.

Live for Speed. No cutting edge graphics or real cars (though there is a Punto lookalike including photo-realistic interior of a Punto ), but by far the most realistic in terms of handling.

Agreed very realistic and good graphics, and supprisingly runs well on old comps, you can also have clutch on this too if you have a 3 pedal steering wheel.

I use Race the World Touring car one on the PC it is extremely realistic
Flatout 2 or flatout ultimate carnage. The physics of the cars handling is amazing - theyve got the under/oversteer, torque steer etc down to a tea - you really can't fault it. Its the sort of game where you can figure out whether the car your driving is FWD/RWD/4WD within 30sec of driving, just from the cars behaviour.

gotta agree, LFS is THE racing game as far as i'm concerned, its got me thinking about a £160 racing wheel to shave a few seconds off a lap :chin:
i prfered the demo to the full game as i just race on my own now but for £20 who cares really....
