Engine hoist and bag of ratchet straps loaded, lets get ready to rumble!!

Not going to have my morning pee until I'm there... just for old times sake..

Thanks everyone for turning up and helping empty the shed. Got home and ended up also helping the folks to clear out their attic. To be fair it was mostly paperwork of mine that had been up there for years but we also found a bottle of Jenever I didn't know I had

A wee bump with a message from Groundskeeper Donnie

Some of you who spent many cold hours working on cars in the shed will have met him at some point or other. He was the person at the Rowett who provided a lot of support to the FS projects and even acquired the generator and lights for us as well as a few other bits and pieces. He could also blether more than Martyn can so if he turned up you knew it was a case of downing tools until he left again

The university in it's infinite wisdom have decided to move him away from the Rowett site and base him on another campus instead. He had a wee leaving do earlier today and I said goodbye and thanks to him on behalf of all of us. He was quite touched and asked for me to say hi to everyone.

He also laughed when I told him we're working on Yellow again next Saturday (the sod) and that I've already got his former colleagues in the workshop acquiring things for us lol. Overall he wishes us good luck and hopes we get Yellow finally mot'd

I will have to send him a txt when im home and wish him well in his new place, ive got a lot of time for him, like you say, can natter wi the best of them :D

We returned to our old FS HQ today for photo ops and i can report that the shed is now in a really sad state of repair. Our shelving unit that got repaired by Stuart is now kaput and lying forlornly on the ground and the holes in the walls have gotten even bigger. There's still the internal water feature of course complete with buckets underneath which are all quite full as well so I doubt they're being used

That will probably be the last time we'll visit as demolition will start shortly :( Still, is was fun while it lasted :)

Did anyone use the bog.... for old times sake? Or was it just my wee guilty pleasure?
