i had the 1.8 in my hgt (same engine except mine have the variatior)

paint the cover red and highlight the details silver, thats what mine had, looked good dont think i have any pics anymore though

and yeh im going to do something with it unsure what yet.

favorite is defo the bonnet lifters made life so much easier but then i didnt have a bonnet stay anyway

Ok so i found out i had two -miss- shapen rear tyres a buckled drivers front alloy and a punture...... good excuse for these then

always wanted these on my sei... so thankyou mr romeo for this totally mint set






and obviously the old ones... which i actually also liked but one was dead..





(ps. martyn was planning on the stilo wheels... but these were the right price and have 4 new tyres )




plan to do next. new doorhandles and mirror plates. then a tad lower i think... too much arch for me

found a few sets of polys ranging from 35-55 for the set... cba with that sor tof cash for lights atm. mine work fine...

nothing else other than doorhandles planed atm. got to chase up this fella about repairing the front then its job done. 100% perfect bodied car...


had it on the ramps the other day and cant find a single spot of rust... looks like im finally on to a winner ladies and gents.

keep an eye on the stalks as they are quite bad for electricals had to change mine on the brava also the usual electrical issues

well the only electrical issues ive had were the boot and glovebox lights wernt working . found they didnt have bulbs and both now work haha. other than that everything is working... even the heated seats :s. dunno what breaks in the stalks??? but everything clicks and works atm

woop get it slammed!! i just put coilovers on the GP and its an interesting difference. trying to get pics up soon

lol trivial thing to do next. probably mudflaps. (fiat jobs) back of the car gets horrible and they helped wonders on the sei so ill go get some gives the ilusion of lowness aswell lol

ive got mudflaps on the GP but they are now too low and too solid for the new suspension so gonna get rally style material and use the old mudflaps as a template

Bought a thermostat today so ill have mega fun fitting that on wednesday conidering how accesible it inst lol.

also went out and gotmyself the afformentioned flaps so ill see what they look like on and if they work as im fed up of cleaning the monster

also hpoefully have my stereo facia tomorrow and can install my stereo and speakers

cant rember what it was but had melted the inside of my stalks im sure youll find out if it ever happens to you other than that mine was a good car

aye will notice them stop working i suppose . there LOADS of these in the scrappy here so im good for parts for the future .

aye ive also noticed that dropping it on coilovers plus spacers ends up with me constantly hearing the sound of the back wheels touching the arch.....drove to work today with a mate and a **** load of tools in the back and you could smell rubber burning......
