Hello, i am in dispute with TFL regarding the weight limit in the Rotherhithe Tunnel. They have fined me £130 x 3 for exceeding the 2 ton gvw limit in the tunnel . I checked online for the GVW of my van as it is not on the V5 and various sites sites state that it is below 2 ton. TFL now say that i must take a picture of the weighting plate on my vehicle and send it to them. Does anyone know where this plate is as i cannot find it. TIA.

Max permissible mass it will tell you.

will look in the morning for weight plate, try in engine bay or driver door of passenger door area.

Did you find the plate? It should be on the offside rear wheel arch. If you have ply lining it might be covered up.

That's where mine is as well
